Harissa Paste
The ultimate flavour bomb. This rich red paste is predominantly made up of the 5 C’s - capsicum, chilli, cumin, coriander and caraway. My version adds a little bit of chipotle chillies for that subtle smokey chilli vibe. I make this paste punchy enough to give your dishes that extra flavour bomb it needs while not too much so that you can also use it as a condiment/sauce replacement alongside scrambled eggs, nacho’s, avocado toast etc
